ORDERS & SHIPPING

When will my order ship
Most in‑stock orders ship within 1–3 business days. Custom orders follow their own production timelines and ship once completed.

How long does shipping take

Do you offer free shipping
Yes — we offer free standard U.S. shipping on orders over $100 (after discounts, before tax).

Do you ship internationally
Yes — we ship worldwide using the most reliable carrier available for your region. Customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I track my order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. If you need help locating it, our team can assist.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return window
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery on new, unused items.

How do I start a return
All returns require a Return Authorization (RA). Email us at admin@americanwest.cc to request one.

Can I exchange an item
Yes — exchanges follow the same RA process as returns.

Are international orders returnable
At this time, international orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

Yes — American West pieces are handcrafted using traditional leatherworking techniques.

What materials do you use
We use genuine leather, hand‑tooled detailing, and high‑quality hardware designed for long‑lasting wear.

Will the color match the photos
We photograph our products carefully, but natural leather may have slight variations in tone and texture — part of its authentic character.

How do I care for my leather bag
Use a leather conditioner as needed and store your bag in the protective storage bag included with every purchase.


WARRANTY & PRODUCT ISSUES

Do you offer a warranty
Yes — our products are backed by a 1‑year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

What if my item arrives damaged
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll take care of the issue promptly.

Do you offer repairs
We do not offer repair services.
If your item is within the warranty window, we will evaluate it for replacement.
If it is outside the warranty period, we can guide you on next steps.
