Elle2016 Love this bag, it's a great size and the design is beautiful! It's more expensive than I usually spend on a purse but I wanted a genuine leather bag that was not only going to last but one that I would never get tired of.

Texas N. The design, materials, craftsmanship, and quality are exquisite. The overall size and all the pockets are perfect for me. I can fit everything I need and have plenty of room left over for extra items when necessary. I really like how the back pocket instantly closes magnetically (unlike other purses where I had to carefully line up the magnetic closure) and how the rivets on the bottom make the purse sit upright. The little side pockets are perfect for things I want to grab quickly (lip gloss in one, keys in the other) and they don't fall out. I didn't post a picture because the purse looks exactly as pictured here (except mine didn't have the AW emblem on a chain, which was a bit disappointing). I just love everything about this beautiful purse and will have it forever.

I LOVE this bag for so many reasons - the oblong bottom with the rivets that allow it to stand, the 2 exterior pockets (plus the 2 small ones on either side. What are they for? My phone doesn’t fit in them. If anyone uses these, what do you use it for?), the roomy interior with interior pocket, whipstitching, silver conch on front. It’s a beautifully made bag. Very happy with it.

Marie G. Love the look on this purse. It is a bit smaller than I expected, so I can't carry as much, but the compartments make up for it. Lots of pockets to store things and items you need at hand. Beautifully crafted! Nice long leather strap for carrying over the shoulder.

Cora Very nice leather bag, sturdy but not heavy. Plenty of room for what I usually carry. They put a generous pull strap on the top zipper. My phone fits in the front pocket for easy reach, and the back pocket closes securely with a magnetic snap. The side pockets are a handy place for a pack of gum, life-savers, or a chap-stick. The strap is long enough for a plus-size gal to wear cross-body. Love it!

Christine T. Best handbag I have had in a very long time. I have bought high end bags with high end product reputations, but none of them gave as much attention to detail as the bag from American West. It is the best of quality and beautifully made. Each section is made by hand and that is quite prevalent in the examination of the handbag. When I received it I examined it and could not believe how beautiful it is. Could not put it down. It has all the compartments that I was looking for, and more. I looked for a long time for a handbag that I would like with compartments that I needed. And now I found it in the American West bag.

Laurie I love this shoulder purse. I wanted something with a long strap so I could get into it easily while it was on my shoulder. The strap is adjustable. This is a very well made purse (should be for the $$) :). Outside pockets on all 4 sides, inside zipper pocket, plenty of room inside. Love it.

Liz The leatherwork and the quality stitching of this purse are wonderful! To me it feels like the perfect size for a purse. I can fit all my usual purse stuff in the main compartment and then have easy access to my cell phone and driving gloves in the outer pockets. I've used it one week now and have received several compliments on the leather detail. I've gone back and forth about buying this purse for a year and I'm so glad I finally bought it...no regrets or reservations about this purchase.

Cathy J. it isn't quite like I thought it would be, but I do like it. I will probably wrap the shoulder strap with more leather to keep it from being so slick and to keep the strap keepers in place.

Lake G. Just received this purse and it surpassed my expectations. Easy to access. Most tooled purses are stiff this one has a good combination of soft and hard leather. Love front and back pockets. I fly a lot so great place to stick airline tickets. I would buy another American West purse. Nice craftsmanship! Satisfied purse addict...
